Live the dream! As the owner's primary residence, this limited 10-week rental is impeccably maintained and constantly improved. The reviews speak for themselves. It boasts direct beach access, stunning ocean and golf views from multiple decks, a private pool and spa, a gourmet kitchen, and seven bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

The main level includes the living and dining room, kitchen and breakfast room, media room with 80” flat-screen TV, king bedroom with bathroom, and powder room. The second level houses the oceanfront master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, a king bedroom with private bathroom, a queen bedroom with private bathroom, and a spacious laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. The third level offers a family suite with king bedroom and four bed bunkroom, which share a bathroom, as well as a second oceanfront master suite with king bed and bathroom. The ground level offers a four car garage, storage for golf clubs/beach items, a Traeger smoker, two outdoor showers, a Hoshizaki ice machine, and a full size refrigerator.

This home includes a ping pong table, beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, coolers, beach canopy, numerous outdoor beach games/toys, and spices/condiments for your convenience.

It is located behind the second gate in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation yet is walking distance to The Sanctuary Hotel, Turtle Point Golf Course, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and East Beach Market.

A mid-week clean is offered complimentary.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. There is a plethora of restaurants to choose from on Kiawah and in the Charleston area, and many private chefs available.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Akers Ellis will collect 35% payment at time of booking and full payment 90 days before arrival. All payments are non-refundable. This cancellation policy, as outlined in the rental agreement, supersedes any cancellation policy presented on third-party booking sites, such as Homeaway/Vrbo.

We LOVED this house. From the grand entrance to the views from the balconies, it had everything we needed to have a wonderful week. This is a very beautiful home in a great setting - every little detail of the home was noticed and appreciated. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We ate outside on the back deck every meal - it was large enough to fit all of us. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful views from bedrooms and exquisite decor. The kids enjoyed all of the pool/beach toys and chairs. It really has everything you could need and more. We will definitely come back to this home. Thank you for everything.

Perfect House For Friends and Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. The multiple master bedrooms were perfect since we had several different families gathering for this vacation. The views of the ocean were stunning and available from multiple balconies. The pool and jacuzzi were used daily and enjoyed by all. The kitchen had all amenities needed. Family Gathering

We enjoyed a Five Star experience all the way! The home is gorgeous with abundant luxury design features. It is very well maintained and perfectly located. There were a couple (very fixable) items that came up, which Akers Property managers attended to immediately. It was the perfect setting for us to gather with our adult children and their families. Spectacular Home!

This house is stunning! You can see the ocean from almost every room and it had everything you could need for a great Kiawah vacation. The gentleman who greeted us and gave us a quick tour was so nice and accommodating. The house is very open and inviting and we spent most of our time outside on the many decks/balconies enjoying the views. We didn't want to leave! We've been to Kiawah many times and this is one of the best!
