This beautifully updated Kiawah Island vacation rental, located at 19 Ocean Green Drive, features golf views, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, great interior and exterior gathering spaces, community pool access, and is a quick 7-minute walk to the beach.

The lovely home exudes Southern charm with its soothing color palette, coastal casual decor, and hardwood floors throughout the downstairs. The open main floor allows easy flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room offers comfortable seating, large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to screened porch. Featuring a table and eight seats, the dining area is open to the kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen is highlighted by cream cabinetry, granite countertops, and updated black appliances. A mini retreat itself, the screened porch features a gas grill, dining table with a bench, and cozy chairs perfect for enjoy the Turtle Point Golf Course view. The master suite is located on the main floor and offers a king bed, sitting area, easy access to the screened porch, and a private bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. A half bath completes the first floor.

Three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms occupy the second floor. The first bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed while the third bedroom features a full bed and twin over twin bunk beds. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom offering a shower/tub combo. On the second level you will also find a sitting area with TV and an expansive back deck with a great golf view and several comfortable chairs and loungers. Guests will love being a short walk to the seasonal neighborhood pool! The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.
Stays of 3 nights will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.
Guests have access to a 3 car garage.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

First time to Kiawah, and did not disappoint! House was clean and big enough for our family. One minute walk to the pool and 5 min. walk to the beach! Can’t wait to go back!

You cannot beat the location of this house! 1 min walk to neighborhood pool, right on 13th tee (?) of Turtle Point golf course and 5 min bike ride to beach. House has plenty of room and was stocked with all necessary amenities.....even laundry detergent and paper towels! We would sit on the back screened in porch every night and watch the golfers and deer.
