Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This 2nd floor Kiawah Island vacation rental, located in Parkside Villas, offers an updated interior, two bedrooms and bathrooms, and a spacious screened porch. The villa is about a 5-minute walk to the beach.

This villa has recently undergone exciting new updates. Updates include: new flooring, shiplap walls, new TVs, and a new UV light air purification HVAC system that disinfects and sterilizes the air.

The living room features plenty of comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the deck and screened porch. The dining area offers a table and four chairs, perfect for enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and has easy access to the main living room. The master suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed, flat-screen TV, and easy entry to the hall bathroom. The screened porch offers seating for dining or relaxing.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Dogs under 25 lbs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day. Cats are not permitted.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Very nice property! Comfortable. Perfect for us and our small chihuahua. Screened in porch is beautiful... but I did have to wipe down the furniture and vacuum the rug (not a huge issue though). Will definitely stay here again.

The villa was just as advertised! Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well-stocked! The screened in porch was the perfect place to gather! That would be one area that could been improved. It had not been swept out. Overall, a wonderful villa in a convenient location!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving. Plenty to do around the villa between NH Park and the beach. The villa was well-equipped and recently renovated. One of the best villas on the island.

Place looks just like the photos. One of the few options to bring a dog, and a nice one. One street away from the Sanctuary, and backing up to Night Heron Park. Well stocked with anything you need. Grab your beach towels and hit the beach.

Absolutely stunning, clean, well appointed Villa. Great location next to Night Heron Park and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Top of the line appliances and beautiful decor. Would have stayed a month if we could, so sad to leave but looking forward to our next visit.

Best rental in 15 years of coming to Kiawah!

We've been coming to Kiawah for over 15 years, stayed in numerous rentals, and this by far is the best we've stayed in! Easy key-less entry (that works!); and open the door to a beautiful updated clean bright and pristine villa. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than we needed with updated appliances. Bathrooms were great with wonderful showers. Great location to both the beach and Night Heron Park. We will be back!

Great villa near Beach and Night Heron Park

This villa is excellent. Great location right on Night Heron Park and a short walk over a foot bridge to the beach. Has been recently updated in every respect. Since it is an upstairs villa it has the very high ceilings both inside and out on the screened porch. Nicely appointed - has lots of cookware, kitchen stuff and great beach chairs. Has big TVs and DVR in both bedrooms and great room. Great alcove and table for setting up a laptop for work or the kids. Probably the nicest rental we've had on Kiawah and pet friendly. Great place to take your pet to the Park steps away.
