Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This beautiful second floor Turtle Cove Villa offers two bedrooms, high ceilings, cherry hardwood floors, and long lagoon views. The villa is a 5 minute walk or quick bike ride to the beach.

The villa welcomes you with lovely lagoon views that can be seen from the kitchen, eating area, family room, and master bedroom. You will immediately feel relaxed in the soothing designer colors and furniture throughout the villa. The screened porch is a great place to enjoy the fabulous lagoon views and sunsets. The living room is a great gathering space to watch a movie, play a game, listen to music or read a book. The kitchen opens up to the dining room with a table and seating for 4 and has convenient access to the screened porch. Enjoy your cup of coffee (brewed by either the Keurig or standard coffee maker in the villa) while taking in the gorgeous lagoon view!

The master bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, an armoire with a TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds, SmartTV and an attached full bath.

This villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina aquarium, horse drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Super clean condo. I’m very picky about cleanliness and I cannot complain about one thing. They also provided plenty of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. Great location on the pond, we could watch the wildlife off the porch. Quick bike ride to the beach.

Beautiful villa with lovely lagoon views! Upon arrival villa had been impeccably cleaned. We moved in and enjoyed three fabulous weeks on Kiawah! The kitchen has everything we needed for cooking, beds are really comfortable and the screened in porch is the best for watching wildlife. We walked to Tomasso’s for dinner several times and had drinks on the back porch at The Sanctuary at sunset... truly spectacular! Dinner at Jasmine Porch was excellent as well. Golf on Kiawah is world class, we have been coming here to play since the early 90’s. A day walking The Ocean Course finished off by dinner at The Ryder Cup Bar is a very special and unique experience. We also played Turtle Point several times and the back nine is also truly memorable. Off island eateries that are very good include Hege’s, La Tela and Fuji... The Salty Dog is a casual fun spot for outdoor dining and has live music some weekends. Overall it was an exceptional few weeks, mostly good weather and very quiet this tome of year. Akers Ellis always goes above and beyond for their clients, definitely recommend using them!

This rental was excellent - very clean, very comfortable, and view of the lagoon was outstanding. We saw several alligators and even some tame deer frequently while there - so exciting and enjoyable. It had everything we needed, nicely decorated, beds were very comfortable, and easy parking. The bike rental credit was simple to use and the drop-off/pickup was easy. We had no issues whatsoever and truly enjoyed our time on Kiawah. This specific rental was a great value compared to others that charged way more for the same offering. The owners are relatively new and should be proud of the good impression this left with us. Loved it!

Nice condo in a good location on the island. Kitchen is well-outfitted. Beds are comfortable. Having a washer-dryer inside the unit is very handy. Five minute bike ride to the beach. The lagoon view is relaxing. Other condos can be seen, but the way the buildings are situated and the landscaping makes it feel very secluded. Would stay here again. Four unit building, this unit is upstairs. Parking is very convenient, directly in front of the building - and the layout feels residential.

Perfect condo in a great location!

We had a wonderful week staying in this beautiful condo! It was very tastefully decorated w/ a well stocked kitchen. The screened porch furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed spending a lot of time there watching the wildlife in the lagoon. The condo is in a great location and is just a 5 minute bicycle ride to the beach. It’s also a 5 minute bicycle ride to the tennis courts and the East Beach Market. We look forward to returning to this slice of paradise!

Turtle Cove Villa with Great Lagoon View

We have been traveling to South Carolina (usually Hilton Head) for over 30 years. This condo was by far, the cleanest and best equipped unit we have ever stayed in. There wasn’t one thing we needed, that it didn’t have. The lagoon views from the screened in porch were beautiful!

Cost Kiawah Villa

This was a last minute booking and was quite a nice surprise. Great extended stay!

Beautiful villa with lovely lagoon Bewes. When we arrived the unit had been impeccably cleaned, the kitchen as well equipped with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable, we enjoyed sitting outside on the screened in porch enjoying the local wildlife. Kiawah Island has world-class golf, restaurants and the beach is beautiful and easily accessible. Highly recommend this property!

Much needed getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was a much needed break from staying at home during the pandemic. Akers Ellis worked with us to ensure we felt safe staying in a rental property.
The villa was spotless and very well maintained. Kitchen is very well equipped. A 5 minute walk to the beach. Google maps is a little inaccurate - it's closer to the beach than Google indicates.

Excellent Property and Service

We originally had rented a different unit in the same complex on Kiawah Island. Akers Ellis notified us before our arrival that there would be unexpected exterior work at that unit during our planned stay. They generously offered to switch us to another unit, which we accepted. The unit we stayed in was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and immaculate. The location was a short walk to two beach access points. The living room and screened porch have a beautiful view of a large lagoon, complete with resident alligators. We enjoyed the property very much, and all of our dealings with Akers Ellis were outstanding.

Fabulous view!

Relaxing getaway

The Night Before Florence

We were very impressed with our vacation rental property, which made the fact that we had to evacuate due to Hurricane Florence all the more disappointing. It was beautiful and comfortable. We do wish that we had been a bit closer to the ocean, and will keep that factor in mind for future plans. The only critique we have concerns the lack of a map to get to the beach; I had to call the rental office and ask for directions. That's a small quibble compared to the overall excellence of our experience...Hurricane Flo notwithstanding.

The mandatory evacuation, and everything related to it, was handled most professionally by the office staff.

We look forward to returning, and thank you very much for your care and consideration while we were on the island.

Nice condo in a Beautiful Area

My husband, adult and I stayed here for 4 nights. Loved the condo - lots of room and a nice layout. Especially liked the screened in porch for reading and relaxing. Our only complaint is that the living room is fairly dark and we needed better lighting for reading.

Love the Turtle Cove Villas

This was our 4th visit to Kiawah and we've stayed different places each time-twice in west beach and twice here at east beach. This particular condo was hands down THE BEST LOCATION--best views of the cove, easy walk to two different beach accesses. The condo was very clean, no bugs and pleasant. It isn't the most updated or well-appointed, but we still felt like we got a bargain! The furniture on the porch was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to improve the inside lighting to better accommodate reading. Thank you for another wonderful stay!!! We were somewhat distressed by all the development in the area and the multifloor condos going in.....hoping our SC gem doesn't go the way of Destin Fla and get too crowded :(

Condo review

We stayed in this condo because our daughter was running the marathon. It was a great location for the race. The porch was the best feature; comfortable furniture and a nice view. Would have appreciated clean kitchen sponges and facial tissue being provided but otherwise no complaints.

Our stay at 4828 Turtle Cove, June 2017

Enjoyed the lagoon view, we were able to see alligators from the screened porch. Villa was in good shape overal, a little wear and tear which is to be expected. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Beach was only a 2 minute bike ride away. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great time away

Ideal place for a family with two kids or two couples.

The place was clean, well stocked and we appreciated the enclosed porch with the beautiful view.

It is only a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous beach.

First time on Kiawah

Great Labor Day weekend in spite of Hermine. So nice we got to check in early and get settled before the storm hit. Our villa was great 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen had all we needed beds were comfy. We plan to go back again and will be sure to rent bicycles. Rental agency was great to work with.

Beautiful, highly recommend

I would rate the Akers Ellis personnel way beyond a 5. Everyone from our initial inquiry through the time we needed help during our visit was extremely quick to respond with answers and solutions. I can't say enough good things about your team.

The home was beautiful, and fit our needs perfectly. I appreciated the laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee filters and dish soap. We loved spending time at 4828 Turtle Cove - especially the screened porch with the very comfortable furniture.

Nice last minute getaway

Outstanding screened porch and view

The unit was very nice and clean but could probably use some upgrades.
The screened porch and view of the lagoon were outstanding.

Quiet villa with lagoon view and close to beach

We were 2 couples staying there while attending a medical meeting.

The villa was clean, kitchen very well stocked, & we loved the porch & quiet location with the lagoon view. Access to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk that we found just lovely. We found the floor plan very nice for 2 couples.

Wonderful view! Good bedroom arrangement.

The view off the screened porch was wonderful!! We liked the arrangements of the bedrooms and baths in the condo. The kitchen was adequately equipped with the necessary items that we needed but we did not do any cooking of meals at the condo. (Eating out for the week was a nice vacation from the kitchen). We enjoyed the stay at Kiawah and would be interested in renting the condo again. It would be perfect for two couples to rent.

4828 Turtle Cove

My wife and I really liked the unit and would definitely stay here again, especially if a few items are addressed. This was our first time to Kiawah Island and we liked it so much that we are thinking about coming back for a week in September. We are considering this area for a retirement home and want to spend more time gathering information during our next trip.

Peaceful Retreat

Four women came to Kiawah Island to run the half marathon 2013. We were so pleased with 4828 Turtle Cove Villa. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the view of the lagoon was very peaceful. We even stayed an extra day to truly enjoy relaxing on the screened porch. The porch furniture was just like home- room to lie down and read, room to sit and talk as we looked at the peaceful water, and room to share a very special celebratory breakfast AFTER running the race. The manager of the villa and his family are amazing... Very professional, and fast. All we needed was a bath drain fixed, and it was taken care immediately. We already have reservations for next year!

A Wonderful Family Vacation!!

If your looking for a quiet, relaxing beach vacation,Kiawah island SC is the place for you. Turtle Cove Villas was very clean and had everything we needed to stay for the week. Wonderful hidden secret!

After staying at this location I was surprised to see no reviews. The location, beauty, cleanliness and amenities were second to none. We arrived early evening, walked up to the second level (stairs only) and upon opening the door we were greeted by soft music along with gentle lighting in the living area. This was a nice touch after a long trip. The "starter supplies" were more than enough for a week stay and would probably get you through two or more weeks easily. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies such as pots, pans, dishes, blender, toaster and microwave. The TV in the living area has cable, plus a blueray player. Wireless internet is available with easy directions to follow.

Akers Ellis is topnotch in their professionalism from their contract to their housekeeping staff. We were very pleased with this rental selection. The photos are spot on in appearance yet do not show the true beauty you experience once you are on site. And unfortunately we did not experience seeing an alligator, but we did see lots of other wildlife! This was a very relaxing location.
