We had an excellent stay. The place was very nice and had everything we needed. It was clean and modern and the rooms were spacious. It was easy to get to the beach, and having bicycles delivered and picked up from the place was great for exploring more of the island on bicycles.

Everything was great. Having the credit to use to have bicycles delivered and picked up was really a nice extra bonus. It was simpler than renting them at the Sanctuary, which we have done in the past, and we enjoyed exploring more of Kiawah and riding on the beach with the bikes.

### Perfect space  (5/5 stars)
Perfect space and room situation for 7 adults and a 1,2,3 year old. 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Contacted Akers several times and responded every time within 5 minutes! The only problem we had was a slow draining bathtub, I texted them and it was fixed immediately before we got back from the beach. There is also another small room they don’t list off the kitchen with a small sofa and desk, we used it as a playroom.

Great home in beautiful Kiawah Island. Lots of space for all of us to be on our own, and be together. Home had everything we needed and the bikes delivered to the house before arrival was perfect. We enjoyed biking around the island.
