The dining area serves as the perfect entertainment space as it offers ample seating and close proximity to the kitchen.The villa’s primary bedroom features scenic views, a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a private primary bathroom equipped with a glass, walk-in shower.Enjoy your morning coffee or sit back and unwind on the lovely balcony!The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. There were make up fingerprints near the light switch in the bathroom, and there were only a few utensils provided. New utensils were immediately sent. Thank you. Overall, the unit is beautifully decorated, the appliances were high-end, and we were so happy to be right by the beach. My husband said it’s the best vacation he’s had. The voucher that provided beach chairs and a cart were an added luxury. It was so nice that they were delivered. Everything was beautiful, and thank you! We are already thinking of booking again.

This condo has obviously been renovated with an upgraded floor plan and decor. Every condo should have this quality of kitchen dishes, pots/pans, silverware, appliances, placemats. Kiawah is not Myrtle Beach and the rental properties should reflect that.

Would Definitely Stay AgainGreat unit, very close to beach and walkable to lots of other amenities on the island. For some reason, we never received the email from AirBnB with the lockbox code to get into the unit (checked spam folder, so possibly some error with a generic AirBnB email address); however, Akers Ellis was extremely responsive and we got into the unit quickly afterward. Very happy with the place and would definitely stay again!
