This first-floor villa offers a living space with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white cabinets and is well equipped to meet your cooking needs. The dining area, located right off the kitchen, is the perfect area for hosting meals. It also offers access to the screened porch. Past the living room is the primary bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with shower/tub combo, double sinks, and access to the screened porch. On the same side of the villa, there is a bedroom with 2 full beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the other side of the living room is another bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The villa’s screened porch has views of the lagoon and boasts a table and chairs that comfortably seat 6. The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. The countertops had not been cleaned, the carpets are in definite need of a deep clean, and we found several items from previous guests in drawers/under beds.
