Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This newly updated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms, a bright sunroom, a spacious deck, access to a seasonal community pool, and a 4-minute walk to the beach.

Walk into an open, one-story floor plan and be greeted by beautiful hardwood flooring, a calming ambiance, and an abundance of natural light. In the living area, you will find comfortable furniture and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is just adjacent to the living area and offers white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The dining area offers scenic views and ample seating for your whole party.

The sunroom offers a relaxing space to read or sip morning coffee. You will also find that it offers access to the deck.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a private primary bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination.

The secondary and third bedrooms are perfect for kids as they both offer 2 twin-sized beds, ample closet spaces, and scenic views. Both have access to a full bathroom just down the hall.


The outdoor deck is the perfect spot to grill out and enjoy all that mother nature has to offer!



The cottage is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!


Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). This pool is unheated and open seasonally.


During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

What a gorgeously renovated place, top to bottom! Fabulous taste in art and decor. An absolutely beautiful stay. I've been coming to KI since 1985 and my parents were residents here for 20 years. We rent now and this place is absolutely fabulous. Would love to say again!

Close to the beach, the pool was great, it's quick to get off the island. We love to remodel. We will be back!

 Exceptionally nice cottage. Very nicely decorated and clean. Beautiful private. Although other cottages are close by it seems very private. Only wish some games and puzzles could have been provided.
