For more formal occasions, the dining area, situated at the front of the home, offers an elegant space for gatherings. There is an office for those who would like to work remotely, a powder room, and a laundry room.

This home boasts four bedrooms, each featuring an ensuite bathroom for privacy and convenience. On the first floor, the spacious and well-lit primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a TV, and direct access to the back deck. The final bedroom is furnished with both a full and a twin bed, accompanied by a bathroom that boasts another walk-in shower.

This serene spot offers a picturesque view of Osprey Point Golf Course and an array of wildlife in the lagoon, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The home also offers a Sonos sound system, enabled via the Sonos app which you can download once you arrive.
