This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath semi-detached home, located in Vanderhorst Plantation, looks onto the 13th hole of the Jack Nicklaus-designed Turtle Point Golf Course. This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers access to the seasonal community pool.
When you enter the home, the dining room, kitchen, main living space, and master suite are on the main floor. The dining room offers a large table with seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen showcases custom cabinetry, beautiful countertops as well as a bar that connects the kitchen to the dining room. The light-filled living room hosts plenty of comfortable seating (including a sleeper sofa), a flat-screen TV, and access to the back deck. The living room also has games and speakers for additional entertainment.
Down the hall from the living room is the incredibly spacious primary suite boasting a king-sized bed, sitting area, and flat-screen TV. The primary suite has a large attached bathroom with double sinks, a roomy shower, and a tub to help you relax.
Ascend the stairs to the second floor, and you are greeted by a hallway. At the end of the hallway, you are given access to a small porch on the front of the house, with small putting green included! There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on this floor. The first bedroom features two queen beds and a TV. The bathroom connected to this room has two sinks, a shower, and a tub. The second bedroom has one king-sized bed, a TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The shared deck features an array of chairs for stretching out and lounging or congregating around the gas grill for a nice meal and overlooks the golf course just past the backyard of the home.
The home boasts an ideal central location near golf, tennis, bike trails, and Night Heron Park. Ten miles of beach are a short walk or bike ride along the golf course. The home features access to the nearby neighborhood pool (open seasonally).
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests also have access to the two-car garage.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, and more – the choice is yours!
