In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental home offers four bedrooms, an open floor plan, and plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy Kiawah Island's natural beauty. This beautiful coastal retreat is a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The home's open floor plan and high ceilings create a spacious and light-filled atmosphere, perfect for relaxing during your stay. Designed for seamless entertaining and gathering, the home's generous living space flows into the dining area and kitchen. The completely renovated kitchen features white custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and barstool seating.

The primary suite is located on the main floor and offers a king-sized four-poster bed, scenic wooded views, and a private bathroom with dual-sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Off the main living area, you will find an additional room with a queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs, you will find three sizeable guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The first upstairs bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a king-sized bed. The next bedroom has a full-sized bed with a twin trundle. A bedroom with a twin-over-king bunk bed completes the second floor.

Enjoy Kiawah Island's natural environment from one of the home's many outdoor areas: a screened porch, back deck, and front porch await you. The screened porch has comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, and access to the open-air back deck. On the back deck, you will find a grill, a dining table and chairs, and views of Palmetto trees and lush vegetation.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids' camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
