Continuing toward the main house, you’ll pass the inviting private pool, perfect for relaxing under the sun. Off the living area, the screened-in porch provides a tranquil escape, furnished with a bistro table, comfortable lounge seating, and direct access to the pool deck.
The chef’s kitchen is beautifully designed with sleek cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and modern finishes. A large center island offers casual seating, while the adjacent dining area, with a table for up to eight, is ideal for gatherings. A sophisticated dry bar enhances the dining space, providing both functionality and style.

The primary suite is a serene retreat, featuring a king bed and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. A second king bedroom offers equal comfort, complete with a dedicated workspace for remote needs. The en suite bath showcases a walk-in shower, vanity, and a luxurious soaking tub.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

The pool cannot be heated.
