Step inside to an open and airy first floor highlighted by shiplap ceilings and a beautifully appointed living area. The space features two sofas positioned across from one another, two accent chairs, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted TV, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach or on the golf course. The open floor plan flows seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen, where natural wood tones on the oversized island complement crisp white cabinetry and stainless-steel, chef-level appliances. Just beyond the kitchen, a spacious butler’s pantry provides additional storage.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area showcases sleek, modern furnishings with seating for 8, making it ideal for shared meals and entertaining. Both the living area and dining room open directly onto the screened porch, extending the living space outdoors. This inviting porch features a sofa, 4 chairs, 2 coffee tables, a fireplace (not available for guest use), and a wall-mounted TV making it an ideal spot to relax morning or night.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool overlooking the tranquil lagoon, along with a gas grill for easy outdoor dining and entertaining.

Upstairs you’ll find 3 out of the 4 bedrooms that the home has to offer. The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a plush king-size bed, wall-mounted flat screen television and a sitting area. The spa-like en suite bathroom includes dual vanities, a beautiful walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaking tub. The second bedroom hosts another king-size bed, wall-mounted TV and an accent chair. It also has an en suite style bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 features a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom highlighted by striking green tile in the walk-in shower. Also conveniently located on the second floor is the laundry room, equipped with a washer, dryer plus a laundry sink.

The fourth bedroom/junior suite is conveniently located on the first floor and includes a king-size bed, a small bench and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower.

With refined finishes, modern comforts, and serene lagoon views, this Kiawah Island home provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable coastal escape.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. The televisions are streaming only.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 12 ft 10 in by 10 ft. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
