It’s perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. The dining room sits just off the kitchen and comfortably seats up to 8 at a lovely gray-toned natural wood table. On the other side of the dining area, a cozy sitting space is arranged with four accent chairs around a coffee table, overlooking a decorative fireplace that adds charm to the room (not available for guest use). From here, step out onto the screened porch, where a large dining table seats 8 and offers a relaxing spot to enjoy meals or evenings outdoors. The spacious deck, accessible from the main living area, is outfitted with lounge chairs and a gas grill for guest use, all while overlooking the Osprey Point Golf Course and its peaceful lagoon views.

The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and serves as a true retreat, featuring a comfortable king-size bed, a sitting chair, dresser, and a wall-mounted TV. The en suite bathroom is especially luxurious, complete with a large soaking tub, dual vanity, an elegant marble walk-in shower, and even a TV for ultimate relaxation.

Upstairs, a second living area provides additional space to spread out, with plenty of windows, a large comfortable couch, and a TV set above an entertainment stand. The remaining bedrooms are also located on the second level. The second bedroom features a king bed and access to a private deck with lounge chairs, along with an attached bathroom offering a walk-in shower and a clean, classic all-white design. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and a charming sitting bench beneath a large window that fills the room with natural light, as well as an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower in the same bright, traditional white style. The fourth bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests and includes a twin bed with a twin trundle and a small TV.
