Updated in 2023, this Kiawah Island vacation rental, located in Vanderhorst Plantation, offers four bedrooms, a spacious back deck with a pool, and a generous front porch. Enjoy a short, 10-minute bike ride to the nearest beach!

This home boasts soft neutral hues, beautiful hardwood flooring, wooded views, and abundant natural light. Upon entering the home, you will find comfortable seating equipped with a queen sleeper sectional, a flat-screen TV, and door access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen area offers beautiful white cabinetry, plenty of counter space, a center island, and additional barstool seating. The kitchen area allows easy flow to the dining area, with ample seating for your whole party. You will also find a half bathroom on the main floor.

The back deck highlights a brand new pool as well as a spa. There is also a covered portion of the deck that boasts an outdoor living area, complete with a flat screen TV, as well as a dining area.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a sitting area, a TV, wooded views, and access to the back deck. The private primary bathroom is equipped with a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers another king-sized bed, a TV, and ample closet space. The third bedroom is perfect for kids as it offers two twin-sized beds and a TV. There is currently a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared between the second and third bedrooms; however, each bedroom will have its own full bathroom as of 2025.

The fourth bedroom is a separate room over the garage and features two full-sized beds, a TV, and a full bathroom.

The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are about 28' x 19'. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
