The home’s main living space is within the great room and boasts a vaulted ceiling, second-story windows, and views of the fairway through large glass doors. The living area opens to the dining area with seating for 8 guests. Fully equipped to prepare your vacation meals, the kitchen has plenty of counter space and a windowed breakfast nook with dining space for 4 guests.
Downstairs, you will find two of the home’s bedrooms. The master suite offers a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, access to the screened porch, and luxurious bathroom an expansive walk-in shower. The second downstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed, a comfortable sofa tucked into a windowed nook, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining three bedrooms are just up the stairs: a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a double and two twins. The upstairs bathrooms offer showers, bathtubs, white cabinetry, and stone countertops with under-counter sinks.
Overlooking Cougar Point Golf Course, the sun deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy views of the fairway. In addition to the sundeck, there is also an outdoor grilling deck and a screened porch. The wide screened porch offers comfortable seating and a ceiling fan to keep cool during the warmer months.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
