In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental, located in West Beach, features four bedrooms, views of Cougar Point Golf Course, and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach.

The home’s main living space is within the great room and boasts a vaulted ceiling, second-story windows, and views of the fairway through large glass doors. The living area opens to the dining area with seating for eight guests. Fully equipped to prepare your vacation meals, the kitchen has plenty of counter space and a windowed breakfast nook with dining space for 4 guests.

Downstairs, you will find two of the home’s bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, access to the screened porch, and a luxurious bathroom with an expansive walk-in shower. The second downstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed, a comfortable sofa tucked into a windowed nook, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms are just up the stairs: a king bedroom and a bedroom with a double and two twins. The upstairs bathrooms offer showers, bathtubs, white cabinetry, and stone countertops with under-counter sinks.

Overlooking Cougar Point Golf Course, the sun deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy views of the fairway. In addition to the sundeck, there is also an outdoor grilling deck and a screened porch. The wide screened porch offers comfortable seating and a ceiling fan to keep cool during the warmer months.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

This was our second rental of this beautiful home!

This was our second rental of this beautiful home. Unfortunately we had to leave after just one day this year because of the approaching hurricane. We loved the new kitchen upgrade since last year. We plan to be back next year. Our children and grandchildren love it as much as we do.

123 Surfscoter was the perfect house for our family of 9. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing renovated kitchen. The house is well furnished with comfortable beds and chairs. The house location is a very short walk to the beach and quick bike ride to Night Heron Park. We highly recommend booking with Akers Ellis.

Great location, clean property.

Great location, clean property. The bathroom for the secondary bedroom on the first floor is tiny and not well laid out. Sink nearly too small and cramped to use; shower leaks onto the floor. Powder room next to that bedroom makes the situation somewhat workable. Lovely golf course view and a short walk to the beach made this a pleasant place for our family of six.

Great Spot

The house was very nice. Easy walk to the beach, on the golf course. The porches, both screened and unscreened were nice additional areas to sit, better when the pollen is not so bad. Parking is tight. Akers-Ellis rentals provided good customer service when needed.

Lovely Views

This is a very comfortable home overall. The kitchen was well provisioned, making cooking easy. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and wash cloths. Really nice washer and dryer were available. The beds were all comfortable and the house was located behind hole 15 or 16 of CougarPont golf course which offered beautiful views. My only suggestion is to replace the sofa. It's very uncomfortable. I would rent it again.

This house was perfect

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and very comfortable home. It had every thing from a big screen TV in the main living area to all the cook ware a professional cook would need. Great location with a short walk to the beach. It was large enough to comfortably accommodate a large group. We'll be back.
