Step outside to your private oasis, where the sparkling pool and spa are surrounded by a comfortable lounge area, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. The primary suite boasts a plush king bed and features a spa-like bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and generous closet space. Ascend the stairs and you’ll find a second living area, complete with plenty of seating, a large flat screen television and even a wet bar. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
