The primary suite will boast a king bed and features a spa-like bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and generous closet space. A second king suite offers a stylish bathroom with a shower/tub combo and striking chevron tile with a navy vanity. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, sleek gray vanity, built-in shelving, and a walk-in shower. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
