The heart of the home is a bright, airy kitchen featuring white quartz countertops, a double oven, and sleek stainless steel appliances. A charming window over the sink frames peaceful views while the open layout flows seamlessly to the dining area with seating for 6. A sliding door invites you outdoors and showcases a stunning panorama of the serene pool and pool deck. Nearby, the adjoining living room offers generous seating and a large TV, perfect for family and friends alike to gather.

Step outside to your private oasis, where the sparkling pool and spa are surrounded by a comfortable lounge area, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. An outdoor dining area and gas grill make poolside lunches and al fresco dinners effortless and enjoyable. On the lower level, a second lounge space and a charming swing bench provide even more room to unwind.

The primary suite boasts a plush king bed and features a spa-like bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and generous closet space. The primary suite also provides access to the covered deck/pool area, the perfect spot to enjoy the morning breeze or watch the early tee times on the Osprey Point Golf Course.

Ascend the stairs and you’ll find a second living area, complete with plenty of seating, a large flat screen television and even a wet bar. The second bedroom features a queen size bed plus a stylish attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo and striking chevron tile with a navy vanity. The third bedroom also offers a queen bed and an elegant en suite style bathroom highlighting a sleek gray vanity, built-in shelving, and a walk-in shower. There’s even a small workspace perfect for remote work. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two double beds and has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

On the top floor, a third cozy living space sits just outside of the fifth bedroom. It’s the perfect hangout spot for kids with a small sofa plus a television. The fifth bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed and convenient access to the fifth bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This updated and spacious home is the perfect Kiawah Island escape for families and groups looking to experience coastal living at its finest.

The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
