In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This stunning 5 bedroom Kiawah Island retreat offers the perfect blend of modern design, luxurious finishes, and spacious comfort for your getaway. It boasts a beautiful private pool and spa, plus it’s only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach.
The heart of the home is a bright, open kitchen featuring white quartz countertops, a double oven, stainless steel appliances, and a picturesque window over the sink. The adjoining living room is equally inviting, with ample seating and a large TV ideal for family movie nights.
The primary suite will boast a king bed and features a spa-like bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and generous closet space. A second king suite offers a stylish bathroom with a shower/tub combo and striking chevron tile with a navy vanity. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, sleek gray vanity, built-in shelving, and a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom will be furnished with two queen beds and has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fifth bedroom will feature a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an en suite with a walk-in shower.
Outdoors, enjoy a private pool and spa surrounded by a comfortable sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. On the lower level, a second lounge space and a charming swing bench provide even more room to unwind.
This updated and spacious home is the perfect Kiawah Island escape for families and groups looking to experience coastal living at its finest.

If property has security camera: Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. The spa can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. Contact us directly to add spa heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
