Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This second-floor Turtle Point Villa with 2 bedrooms, a screened porch, and a back deck is the perfect place to spend your next Kiawah Island vacation. The villa is a 7-minute walk or short bike ride to the nearest beach access.
Enjoy gathering with family and friends in the living area with a sofa, love seat, and two cozy chairs while watching TV on the mounted flat screen. The living area offers extra sleeping space with a queen and twin sleeper sofa. You can also access the lovely back deck with seating from the living area. The open floor plan allows seamless access to the dining room with a table and six chairs. Beyond the dining area is a screened porch with a table and chairs for six, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
The recently renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and additional seating on three bar stools. The master suite offers a king bed and updated private bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower with bench seating, and plenty of cabinet space. The second bedroom has two twin beds (can be converted to a king-sized bed) and features a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer and high-speed wireless internet.
