Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This second-floor Turtle Point Villa with 2 bedrooms, a screened porch, and a back deck is the perfect place to spend your next Kiawah Island vacation. The villa is a 7-minute walk or short bike ride to the nearest beach access.

Enjoy gathering with family and friends in the living area with a sofa, love seat, and two cozy chairs while watching TV on the mounted flat screen. The living area offers extra sleeping space with a queen and twin sleeper sofa. You can also access the lovely back deck with seating from the living area. The open floor plan allows seamless access to the dining room with a table and six chairs. Beyond the dining area is a screened porch with a table and chairs for six, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The recently renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and additional seating on three bar stools. The master suite offers a king bed and updated private bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower with bench seating, and plenty of cabinet space. The second bedroom has two twin beds (can be converted to a king-sized bed) and features a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Located on Kiawah Island’s East Beach, Turtle Point Villas are only 1/4 mile from Kiawah's extraordinary hotel, The Sanctuary, with its exceptional restaurants, bars, and spa; 200 yards from the Turtle Point Golf Course clubhouse; and 300 yards from one of The Travel Channel's 10 best USA beaches.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina aquarium, horse drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

This is a perfect experience. We had a screened in porch and such a beautiful view. The universe updated and clean and the banks were so very comfortable! We had a question while we were there and the property management responded to us immediately! What a great experience. I would highly recommend it

The property was very nice. No views but a close bike ride to the beach. Second story villa that looks to be recently renovated. Suggestions to add blinds to the front windows and a few missing items in the kitchen (baking sheet, bottle opener) but overall a great place to stay. Was clean and master bath shower was a plus. Pad for check-in/check out was not working. Bike rentals were not optimal. Tire was flat but quickly replaced. Seat adjustment was rusted and was too high and could not be moved.

Great location - very quick to get to the beach, Town Center, Night Heron Park, and more. Perfect for those with kids. We enjoyed both the screened porch and the open air porch. The unit was clean and working with Akers Ellis was great! We couldn't find a can opener or proper cutting board (just a trivet) in the kitchen, which made meals a little challenging. It is possible we overlooked these items, but otherwise no issues!

Perfect place for enjoying all things Kiawah! Beach, restaurants, shopping, spa, golf, tennis= all close by. The home was lovely and was well equipped which made our stay there easy and relaxing. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone and cannot wait to return. We have been coming to Kiawah for years- it truly is a wonderful place to vacation!

Excellent stay!

Excellent apartment, fully equipped, very clean. It was impeccable. The only downside was that the heating system was extremely noisy and would not turn off. When on, it would alternate with blowing cold air. But aside from that, this was an excellent experience and Akers makes everything smooth and easy for check in and out.
