Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms, plenty of outdoor living areas, and access to the seasonal community pool. The cottage is about a 3-minute walk from the beach.

This lovely Sparrow Pond Cottage offers an open floor plan with ample indoor and outdoor gathering space. The cottage's main living area has comfortable seating opposite a flat-screen TV and provides entry to the screened porch. The beautifully renovated kitchen is fully equipped and features white cabinets, a center island with bar stool seating, and plenty of space for meal prep. Enjoy family meals together or play board games in the open dining area.

Three relaxing bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds, invite you to recharge after a day spent enjoying beautiful Kiawah Island. Two of the bedrooms have access to the cottage's wrap-around deck.

With a screened porch and a spacious wrap-around deck, this cottage offers plenty of exterior areas to enjoy Kiawah's natural beauty. Enjoy grilling out on the deck, sipping your morning coffee, or curling up with a beach read on one of the lounge chairs.

The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

This property is the nicest cottage that we have stayed in! We love the layout, the furnishings, and it was sooo clean! We appreciated all of the amenities that they had to offer in the cottage! This was a quick 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to the beach! We will definitely be back!
