Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental was renovated in 2020, has 3 bedrooms, a screened porch, access to a seasonal community pool and is only about a 4-minute walk to the beach.

This free-standing cottage has parking for 2 vehicles underneath. Walk-in to the open living area and be greeted by gorgeous hardwood floors, shiplap, and a lovely coastal theme. The living area has 2 sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), a chair, and a large mounted TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for cooking a meal while on vacation. The dining table seats 6 and is a great place to enjoy meals together. The glass sliding doors in the living area lead out to a gracious sized screened porch with a table, chairs for 4 and a ceiling fan. There is also a deck with a gas grill. In the master suite, there is a queen bed, mounted TV, access to the deck and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV while the third bedroom offers a bunk bed and a twin trundle. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer and high speed wireless internet. The seasonal community pool is approximately 55ft x 20ft.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.
Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance and with the Akers Ellis Guest License Agreement, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 3, approved number of bedrooms is 3, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 8.

Really Delightful - the Cottage is well Equipped with Everything You need to Enjoy a Family Vacation. Minutes From the gorgeous West Beach & the Vkay Gear Rental was extra helpful - cooler, chairs, umbrellas & bikes provided. We can't wait to return!
