In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This beautifully appointed Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental features 4 bedrooms and stunning ocean views.

Upon entering the home, the main floor welcomes you with two beautifully designed bedrooms. To the right, a serene guest room features a queen-size Murphy bed and a cozy sitting area, opening onto a tranquil screened porch. The en suite bath showcases a walk-in shower and refined coastal finishes. Straight ahead, a second guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a private bath with a shower/tub combination. A quiet study nook is also accessible from this level, perfect for those needing to work remotely while enjoying the island’s peaceful ambiance.

Ascending to the second story you’ll find an open and airy layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, crisp white cabinetry, and sleek stainless-steel appliances. Thoughtfully designed to blend form and function, it feels both inviting and effortlessly sophisticated. A breakfast bar provides seating for four, while the adjoining dining area comfortably accommodates six. The living area serves as the heart of the home, where large windows frame sweeping ocean views. Two plush sofas and armchairs surround a large wall-mounted television, creating an ideal space for relaxation or conversation. Step out onto the oceanfront deck to savor your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a table and seating for four enhancing the experience. This level also features a charming guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and private en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Occupying the top floor, the primary suite is a private sanctuary. A king-size bed faces panoramic ocean views, and the spacious en suite bath features a walk-in shower and a lush soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day spent on the beach.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. All televisions are streaming only.

The villa also features an elevator that is available upon request. For safety, the elevator is kept locked for guests who do not require its service.

Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home's front & back entrances. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). This pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
