Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental features 5 bedrooms, incredible oceans views, and access to a seasonal community pool. The villa is just steps from beach access.

Walk into the first floor of the villa and you are greeted with the staircase to the upper levels of the home. The second floor of the home houses the main living areas. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar with 4 bar stools overlooking the living and dining areas. The spacious living area offers a large flat-screen TV and DVD player, seating for all, and a stereo system with two large speakers. The dining area has seating for six and access to the second-floor porch.

The master suite, found on the third floor, features a king bed, TV, DVD player, sound system, access to a private deck, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed, TV with DVD player, and private bathroom with shower. The 3 remaining bedrooms are found on the first floor. One bedroom has a daybed and private bathroom with shower. Another bedroom features a king bed, daybed, seating area, bathroom with a shower, and access to a screened porch. The last bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bedroom also has access to the screened porch.

Enjoy the breathtaking ocean views from one of the 3 outdoor areas! This villa features two screened porches, one on the first floor and another on the second. The first floor screened porch leads to the beach boardwalk. The third floor offers a private deck which is accessible from the master suite.

The villa is equipped washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. There are two reserved parking spaces in front of the villa.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Property had great location steps from beach! Our weather was great, rained one night. Their were some minor maintenance issues but they did not interfere with our stay. Everyone wants to go back!

Duneside Villa Kiawah Island

Proximity to the beach was as close as you could get. The views from the home were awesome. The home's amenities were adequate.2 of the 5 bed linens still had sand in them from previous tenants. Otherwise great experience.

1114 Duneside -

The location and layout of was perfect for our multi-general family stay. The cleaning staff was very efficient - the villa was very clean. The minute walk to the beach was great. The kitchen has a great layout, simply needs a few additional non-stick skillets and sauce pots with lids. We all found the mattresses to be very uncomfortable. They need to be replaced. We all look forward to returning. The Aker's team was very helpful. Please update the mattresses!

Family Vacation 2020

We wanted to be close to the beach with little ones and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. This villa was very accomodating. The unit was clean. The cleaning staff did a great job. Very big concern for our family.

The furniture in the main living area is well worn and very uncomfortable and the sleep number beds were not a big hit.

Overall, our vacation was the best ever. The equipment rental credit came in handy and we rented enough bikes for everyone and used them every day.

We only encountered one large palmetto bug and there were some fleas biting so maybe treat for these more often should do the trick.

I hope my review is helpful. We would consider renting this villa again.

Our family vacation

We vacation annually at Kiawah. This was the first time in a villa and our first time with Akers Ellis Rentals. We found the villa to be clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Akers Ellis was more than accommodating with me. They were patient and helpful in walking me through the online rental process. I will certainly be willing to use them again.

Beautiful Villa

Our stay at 1114 Duneside Villa was truly amazing. Plenty of room for all our family. Beautiful ocean views, very nice well equipped kitchen, very clean. Easy walk to the beach. perfect getaway house

this location and town home meet our expectations! The set up of the house being on three floors was perfect for a larger group, great kitchen and living space. The best part of course being so close to the ocean! The only thing we would suggest is upgrading the the mattress/beds they are quite worn and not very comfy. Looking forward to next year.

Beautiful Oceanfront Villa !

An amazing place for watching dolphins and even bald eagles.
Great kitchen and every room is very tastefully furnished with exquisite architectural details.
Short stroll to the most beautiful white sandy beach where you can bring your dog as well.

Christmas Vacation

We had a nice stay over Christmas. Overall the villa was nice. Some of the upholstered furniture is starting to look long in the tooth. Mattresses in some of the bedrooms need to be replaced. There was no light in the master bedroom closet. The low rating on the property management firm is because they did not follow up on their commitment to return an item we left behind.

Perfect Beach Spot

Spent Thanksgiving with entire family enjoying the Kiawah Island beach view from our unit. It had plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen fully stocked with all that was needed for the Thanksgiving meal. This is our #1 Thanksgiving unit of choice.

Amazing view! Great place for a big family or multiple families!

From the view to the 1 minute walk to the beach. This condo is a ideal. We will definitely stay again. It was clean & neat. My children were thrilled to each gave a TV & bathroom in every room. This condo did not cut any corners!

Never Wanted to Leave

We loved our stay at at Duneside Villas. Perfect location -- just a boardwalk to the beach. Beach was super kid and dog friendly, which was ideal for us. And Akers Ellis Rentals was uber-responsive to our needs/asks. The villa was spacious, light, bright and clean. Only consideration for families is you are fairly isolated on Kiawah -- perfect if you just want to stay put on the island and enjoy all the great things about the resort. But if you want to get into Charleston, Folly Beach, etc, it's an hour drive each way.

College friend annual reunion

We absolutely love our time together in Kiawah each year. This is our fourth year renting 1114 and 1113 Duneside and we love it more and more each year. Lots of memories made. Beautiful views, open well-lit areas and lots of seating for all of us to enjoy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are always so clean and in top shape. We did have an issue with the dishwasher, minor inconvenience for our short stay, but hopefully they will get it fixed soon! Also, the wicker furniture in 1114 isn't the most comfortable, we have been hoping for updated furniture in 1114 since the first year. Akers Ellis is one of the nicest most helpful companies I have ever dealt with! If you have any issues, they are always eager to help!

Family Vacation

We have been coming to Kiawah for the past ten summers and have stayed in this house three times. It is our favorite place to stay because of the ocean view and close proximity to the beach and grocery store. We also like that we can bring our dogs with us. The house is spacious with an open floor plan and can easily accommodate our group of 8 (6 adults and 2 teenagers).

Our stay in Kiawah at 1114 Duneside

We enjoyed our week stay in Kiawah the most of any of our previous visits. Just as we opened the door and started checking out the facility, we could immediately tell that extra effort was given to make sure that every detail was in order. The photo presentation of this unit was exactly what we found and more. the best part was the living/kitchen combination which proved very accommodating. The kitchen was more than adequately equipped with all the necessary items we needed. The outside area was in perfect shape with no leaves or sand on the porches or walkways. We especially enjoyed being able to come the first week of DST so we could enjoy more outside evening time. We will seriously consider coming back next year because these were the best accommodations we have had for the past 8 years we have been coming to Kiawah for special family time.
