Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, 3 floors of living space, ocean views, direct access to the beach boardwalk, and exclusive entry to its seasonal community pool.

The villa’s main living areas are located on the second floor and showcase stunning ocean views. The living room offers comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the back oceanview deck. Fully equipped for preparing your vacation meals, the beautiful, open kitchen features granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, 2 sinks, a wine cooler, and barstool seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with access to the screened porch and back deck.

The master suite is tucked away on the third floor of the villa. It features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, sitting area, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The first floor houses the remaining three bedrooms and bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms each offer two twin beds and private bathrooms. The final bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

The villa’s second floor offers a screened porch with a table and chairs. The screened porch leads out to the sundeck with lounge chairs and soothing ocean views.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance and with the Akers Ellis Guest License Agreement, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 2, approved number of bedrooms is 4, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 8.

Beachfront Paradise

The villa met all of our expectations. Upon arrival we immediately noticed how clean and well kept it was. The owners obviously take pride in their villa. All appliances were fairly new and worked flawlessly. The sea view was awesome!

Ideal beach villa for large family for a quiet beach vacation

The process with Akers was contactless, extremely smooth and very well managed. There was one incidence where a repairman showed and we got a call after that someone had to come. Otherwise it was great. The villa is on the south side, which is away from the main resort. So if you have not planned for any cooking or food, it can be difficult to find something quickly as everything is away or fill sup quickly, even at the nearby Freshmarket. So plan meals ahead. The community pool was perfect for the hot summer day when the beach was not an option.

Fantastic Location

We loved the location of this unit. The balcony, screened-in porch, and views from the living room were fantastic. It was an easy walk to the beach and so close to the grocery store and restaurants. We had a couple issues, but overall would still recommend to others based on the location and very nice appliances, kitchen and bathrooms. The beds on the bottom floor were not very comfortable, but the master bedroom was very nice and comfortable.
