Description

This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers three relaxing bedrooms with private bathrooms, incredible Cougar Point Golf Course views, and high-quality furnishings. Located in Kiawah's West Beach area, this Fairway Oaks villa is an easy 5-minute walk to the beach.

This chic end-unit villa features a two-story townhouse layout with generous living spaces, white oak flooring, shiplap accents, and abundant natural light. In the living area, You will enjoy expansive golf views, comfortable seating, and a built-in entertainment center with a TV. A fabulously renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and Bosch appliances has everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. The adjacent dining area ideally overlooks the 17th green of Cougar Point Golf Course.

The villa's first bedroom is conveniently located on the main level. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two remaining bedrooms are located up a short flight of stairs. Offering a queen-sized bed, a coastal color palette, lovely golf views, the primary bedroom is a retreat in itself. The attached private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A queen air mattress is also available for guest use.

Overlooking Cougar Point Golf Course, the villa's deck is the perfect place to relax or enjoy a meal al fresco. The deck offers a bistro table with seating for two.

The villa is equipped with a new washer & dryer, high-speed internet, a monitor for remote workers, a Keurig coffee maker, Dutch oven, and 3 TVs.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Really like the location since we had planned to go to Charleston a couple days. It’s great to be on that end of the island. We did get a little confused our first day as to where to access the beach, but we figured it out and it was a 5 minute walk or less.

We had another amazing vacation in Kiawah. We loved the house especially the proximity to the beach. We had an issue with the ice maker but the property managers were very accommodating. We will recommend this property to our friends.
