Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms, sweeping views of the golf course and lagoon, and open, light-filled living areas. The villa is less than a 6-minute walk to the beach.

This Fairway Oaks villa has a two-story townhouse layout with the bedrooms on the first floor and the living areas on the second floor. The villa's open living area welcomes you with long views of Cougar Point Golf Course and its sparkling lagoon. Enjoy relaxing in the living room, where plenty of seating surrounds a flat-screen TV. A queen sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping accommodations for two. The adjacent dining area boasts uninterrupted views of the golf course and opens to the kitchen. Prepare your vacation meals in the fabulously renovated all-white kitchen. A large center island provides additional prep space and bar stool seating.

Downstairs, you will find three comfortable bedrooms and three updated full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a TV, and lovely views of the golf course. A chic barn door leads to a private bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, golf views, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom features two twin beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A deck overlooking the golf course invites you to dine al fresco, observe Kiawah Island's unique wildlife, and watch the golfers from a distance. The deck is on the second floor and is accessible from the main living space.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

The photos do a wonderful job portraying the beauty of the unit. The condo is very well appointed, and you have everything you could possibly need to have a fantastic stay. Everything was spotless and well maintained. We were in town for the Kiawah Island Marathon, and the place was perfectly situated for a quick walk to and from the start/finish.

 Townhome was just as described in listing. Very pretty and well maintained. Kitchen was stocked well with cooking and serving dishes/utensils. A/C was amazing - both floors stayed cool. Short walk to beach. Kiawah Island is the perfect beach area. We loved it!

Property location is great, facing number 17 at Cougar Point. Bedrooms downstairs is OK, Main living space (Kitchen, Den and Dinning is perfect. And Dealing with Akers is excellent.

This was the perfect spot for our beach vacation. This updated condo is light, bright, spacious, well equiped with great access to the beach and biking trails. We enjoyed quiet mornings with coffee on the deck watching the golfers and the fish jump in the lagoon. Will definitely return to this great spot!

The condo is very nice and well kept. It is accessible to the main road on the island, making it easy to get to golf spots close by, and also made it convenient to go to the grocery store and restaurants in Freshfields. The beach is only a 2-minute bike ride or short walk on the path. Would definitely return.
