This Kiawah Island vacation rental boasts 4 bedrooms and overlooks Cougar Point Golf Course. Located in West Beach Village, the villa is about a 6-minute walk to the beach.

This end-unit Fairway Oaks villa offers two floors of living space. To maximize the golf views, the reverse floor plan has three bedrooms located on the first floor and the main living space and fourth bedroom on the second floor. The open living space features desirable updates and finishes. The kitchen showcases granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and a wide counter bar with seating. The light-filled dining room comfortably seats your entire group and provides access to the golf course view deck. The living room offers ample seating, large flat-screen TV, and spacious wet bar for entertaining.

The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, golf views, and bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. Two additional bedrooms, both with one queen bed, each have a flat-screen TV and sink vanity area and share the bathroom with shower. Ascend the stairs to the second floor and you reach the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower.

The second floor deck provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining or soaking in the views.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We were so pleased with our rental. So clean and a refrigerator that actually had an icemaker that worked. Plenty of toilet paper. Many provide just a starter roll. Loved our stay and beautiful view.

We loved our stay here! So close to the beach, playground, and Freshfields. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 9. We used our gear allowance and the kids rode their bikes everywhere! Thank you for a wonderful stay in paradise!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The place was very nice. Great finishes and space. Location was fantastic - near beach and right on the bike path. The only issues we had were that the clothes dryer was very loud, like it was tumbling a boot, and we could not get the ice maker to produce ice. Minor issues for sure. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

The condo had plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and an infant. Nice that there were plenty of bathrooms so we could all get ready at the same time. Tasteful updates in the kitchen and bathrooms! Loved the bar area. Nice view of the golf course and very close to West Beach. Can access the bike path from the backyard. We would definitely return to this property.

Enjoyable family get-away

Three families, two with babies, were very comfortable in this lovely home. Plenty of places to gather together — including a lovely breezy outside porch overlooking the golf course — as well as places to be solitary. The A/C was very loud, but its efficiency was appreciated. Kitchen well-equipped.

Our family vacation

This was our first family vacation together. My wife and I have vacationed on Kiawah Island for many years. We consider it our Paradise. And now our children and grandchildren are adopting the same feeling.
This was our second time using Akers Ellis Realestate. The villa we rented had four roomy bedrooms and three baths. The layout was great. And access to the beach was only a five minute walk. The villa was upgraded with granite countertops and stainless appliances and was furnished nicely. We would rent it again.
