With ample seating, this space is ideal for gathering with family and friends after a day spent at the beach or on the greens. The sitting area off the kitchen features plush sofas and a television, creating a relaxed setting for evening downtime. The sitting area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, which includes bar seating for 4, while the adjacent dining area is filled with natural light and offers seating for 6, making it perfect for shared meals and easy conversation.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a private bathroom with a soaking tub plus a recently updated walk-in shower, finished in clean white tile. A second bedroom offers a queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. Bedrooms three and four each feature two twin beds and share a jack-and-jill bathroom, ideal for families or groups traveling together.
