Whether you listen to the ocean waves from the front porch swing or golfers teeing off from the back porch, you are sure to find your relaxing space here. Guests also enjoy access to the seasonal community pool.

Fully renovated in the spring of 2021, this beautiful home is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and will serve as a perfect starting point for any vacation to Kiawah. Ideal for families or groups, this home has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to spread out and enjoy your trip. Sip your morning coffee on the front porch rocking chairs and watch the sun come up. Or serve dinner and cold drinks on the back porch with your favorite music on. Or make it a movie night in the living room with surround sound and free Disney+. And with the beach and a community pool just a few minutes away, you can spend the whole day by the water.

The open living/dining area is great for entertaining family and friends. The modern beach décor space offers comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, Sonos, Apple TV, direct access to the screened porch, and opens into the kitchen and dining areas. The updated and fully-stocked kitchen has everything you will need to make your vacation meals and boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. The living area opens to the screened back porch that offers an outdoor bar and TV with a sectional. There is also an outdoor dining table for eight, a Weber grill, plus two outdoor chaise-lounge chairs and two adirondack chairs that overlook the lagoon. And just outside of the home there is an outdoor shower and bike rack.

The first-floor master suite has a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, Apple TV, wireless charging, private bathroom with shower and soaking tub, and access to the screened porch. Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms, all with access to the second-story deck. The second-floor master suite has a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, Apple TV, wireless charging and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second upstairs bedroom offers a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, DVD player, wireless charging. The third upstairs bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds. Finally, there is a loft area for kids behind sliding barn doors with a couch, TV, books, games and a Nintendo system.

Guests have access to the Atlantic/Turtle Beach community pool. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything about the house was great - location to beach, amenities, quality of bedding, and it was very comfortable for a multi-generation family. We really loved the expansive screened back porch and relaxing front porch - it made enjoying the fabulous weather so easy. Thank you for helping my family create wonderful memories.

We stayed over spring break and had a great time. It’s a very short walk to the beach and we loved watching the Alligator that hung out in the pond behind the house. The house was perfect for our family of 10 (adults, grandparents and kids).

Kiawah island vacation

We had a great few days at Kiawah Island. Our first time to the island and the house was great. A great central location to stay with a quick walk / ride to the beach.
House was beautiful and in great condition. Rooms and furniture are lovely. Screened in deck was great for coffee and to enjoy watching the alligators.
Only negative was very few starter supplies. Most rentals we have stayed had some basics like salt and pepper - not here. Fortunately the market is not far.
The only other thing - we sound travels far and a house two doors down had a really large group that enjoyed their porch until the early hours of the morning, which meant we got to listen to them. Not quite as peaceful as we would have hoped. Not this house is fault but just something to be aware of.
Overall we would stay here again.

Bring Family Together

What a fabulous place! Great bedroom/ bath layout and super close to beach yet very private. Love the golf and pond views.
A very wel equipped and thought out renovation. Would come back here in a heartbeat!

We love Kiawah!

Perfect house for a family. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Loved the screened in deck with all the amenities. We had a few minor issues during our stay but they were addressed immediately. We have already recommended Akers Ellis Rentals to friends.

Kiawah Family Beach Vacation

20 Atlantic Beach provides a great place for a family of all ages to come together and enjoy a much needed beach vacation. The house is well situated and well designed to accommodate a 3 couples and 3 children+children.
Our favorite thing is the long porch over the lagoon. It was very entertaining with lots of wildlife to watch!

Great stay

Great house and location. A short walk to the beach. There was plenty of space for our group. The screen porch with TV was great for morning coffee and evening drinks. One suggestion would be to add keyless entry.
