Upon entering the property, you’ll find exquisite finishes, accentuated hardwood flooring, soft neutral hues, and an abundance of natural light. In the main living area, you will find upscale and comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding door access to the screened porch. The fully equipped kitchen offers white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and an island with barstool seating. The dining area serves as the perfect entertainment space as it offers scenic views, ample seating for your whole party, and close proximity to the kitchen.

The first-floor primary bedroom features a wall mounted flat-screen TV, a king-sized bed with notable bedding, and 2 comfortable sofa chairs. It also features a private bathroom with a double sink vanity, a glass walk-in shower, and a spacious bathtub.

The first-floor secondary bedroom features a king sized bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV, and a private secondary bathroom with a glass walk-in shower.

The second-floor features 2 more bedrooms, both perfect for kids as each offer private bathrooms.
You will also find a cozy office area equipped with a full pull out sleeper sofa.

The beautiful screened porch and spacious pool area invite you to sit back and unwind. Go for a swim, lounge poolside, or dine al fresco- the possibilities are endless!

The home also offers a ping-pong table in the garage.

The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

This pool cannot be heated.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
