Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, private pool, and golf and lagoon views. The home is about a 7-minute walk from the beach.

The first living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TCL Roku TV with cable services. The updated kitchen features custom cabinetry, tile backsplash, large center island, and bar stool seating for 6 total. The light-filled dining area offers a table with seating for 8. There is also a second living area great for kids or teens to have their own space!

The master suite features a king bed, access to the back deck, and private bathroom with double sinks and separate shower and tub. Three additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a king and 2 twin beds, all have private bathrooms. Please note, the TV in the bedroom over the garage has cable but is not a smartTV. You can bring your own streaming device to plug into the HDMI, if desired.

Step outside into the screened porch and enjoy an al fresco dinner at the table with 8 chairs or enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail in the loveseat or additional chairs. The pool deck offers an in-ground pool and lounge chairs perfect for relaxing in after a day at the beach. The home’s outdoor spaces overlook the 5th fairway of Turtle Point Golf Course and the lagoon.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

This pool cannot be heated and is covered from Fall until Spring.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Awesome house, great location!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It is much larger than the pictures look. The kitchen is massive, and very well stocked. Tons of fridge space between the huge Sub-Zero fridge and the two drawer fridges built into the cabinets. Two ice makers was a plus. This house was perfect for our two families. The kids loved the big bedroom above the garage. We loved the screened in porch and the pool. The view of the golf course is wonderful, with a lagoon in between. Very peaceful setting. We saw lots of wildlife, including a mama deer and a fawn. The house is an easy walk to the beach. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Wedding Gathering

Overall the home was nice, however when we arrived the pool deck and pool were litered with leaves and nuts from the surrounding trees. Unfortunately the trees with nuts overhang the pool so you had to scoop out the nuts every day. The home was missing a few items that would have made our stay more comfortable like: a broom to sweep off the deck or the floors, iron & ironing board, and extra blankets as the back rooms get really chilly (didn't really matter what we set the thermostat at). For the most part the home was clean, but could have been better as we had long black hair in one bed when we pulled back the sheets, dusty floor boards etc, but nothing major. Overall we had a good time and I would go back.

Property was roomy, but needed some TLC. Biggest disappointment was the pool. No brush available or control of temp. We could have saved $$$ by skipping the pool.
