Walk in and feel right at home! In the living area, you will find high ceilings, a relaxing backdrop, golf views, comfortable seating, and an abundance of natural light. Enjoy the reading nook, perfect for catching up on a good book or sipping on morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen offers upscale cabinetry, ample counter space, and a center island perfect for preparing your vacation meals. You will also find barstool seating as well as a kitchen table with seating for 6. In the main dining area, you will find seating for 4.

The sunroom offers ample natural light, deck access, and a perfect spot to enjoy the golf views. The home also offers a media room equipped with a television and comfortable seating. You will also find a half-bathroom that is accessible from the hall.

The primary bedroom features golf views, screened porch access, a king-sized bed, and a private primary bathroom. The private primary bathroom offers a double sink vanity, a glass walk-in shower, and a bathtub.

The secondary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a television, a ceiling chair, and golf views. The closest available bathroom is the full bathroom just down the hall. The full bathroom features a shower and bathtub combination.

The third bedroom features 2 twin-sized beds and also has access to the full bathroom down the hall.

The fourth bedroom offers 1 king-sized bed, 2 twin-sized beds, and a private bathroom with a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
