Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms, panoramic marsh views, and is just an 8-minute walk to the beach.

The completely renovated home features an abundance of natural light and soaring ceilings. Find everything you need for cooking meals in the open kitchen. The gourmet kitchen boasts top of the line appliances, a wine cooler, marble countertops, and a large island. Enjoy a meal in the dining area which includes a table with seating for up to 10. The living area features a comfortable sectional couch, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the flatscreen TV with streaming through Hulu. The spacious screened-in porch, which can be entered from the living room, is the perfect place to unwind and take in the marsh views.

The first-floor master suite features a king-sized bed, access to the screened-in porch, and a pristine ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. On the second level, you will find two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A second bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds and also contains a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Very nice house in a wonderful location. We biked everywhere. Kitchen is great and lots of extras were provided/spices etc. Porch is amazing/cushions need a little cleaning. beautiful setting. Hope to get back soon.

We loved 29 Marsh Cottage Lane! We stayed for 2 weeks and we would definitely rent it again. The location to the beach was just a quick bike ride or short walk. The screened in porch was comfy and the marsh view was beautiful.

Great spot

Loved the location. Loved the house. Could not have had a better spot for PGA week! Easy walk to Osprey for golf, bbq takeout, or an evening drink. Home was clean, spacious. Very good.

Wonderful break in a fantastic house
