Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 5 bedrooms, a pool and spa, golf course views, and a 10-minute walk to the beach.

Upon entering the foyer, you will immediately notice the stately details and high ceilings. The main floor living space offers comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and access to the pool deck. You will also find a second living area upstairs with flatscreen TV and access to the balcony. Just down the hall from the first floor living room, you will find the kitchen. The eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating for two at the island, and gorgeous coffered ceilings. The formal dining area at the front of the home has seating for up to ten people.

The master suite on the first floor offers a king-sized bed, access to deck, flatscreen TV and private grand bathroom with separate shower, bathtub, and vanity. Also on the first floor is a queen bedroom with a twin size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and a hall bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms and flatscreen TVs. One bedroom offers a king bed, another bedroom offers a queen bed, and the last bedroom offers 2 queen beds.

The outdoor space features a large screened porch, deck, outdoor kitchen area, grill, pool, and spa.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

This pool cannot be heated. The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Wedding week

Perfect location for our family at Kiawah for our daughters wedding at Mingo. Spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor area with pool and hot tub. We had a problem with the hot tub when we first got there but someone came out immediately and adjusted it.

Best on the island so far

This is the third house we've rented on Kiawah and this has been the best. We loved the large pool and the covered outdoor cooking area is unique. Screen porch is large and comfortable. Had some niggling problems with the location of light switches but not enough to "harsh our mellow".

Great house, needs a little bit of updating

Property is generally in good shape, but can use some updating. Example: TV's are very dated, No HDMI ports to main TV or TV in upstairs sitting area to have kids watch Netflix on rainy day. The Akers Ellis staff was helpful and accommodating, great management.

Great Family Getaway

My family had a wonderful vacation experience. The house was easy to find, and located at the end of a cul-de-sac. There was basically no traffic and there was a bike trail within just a few yards of the house. The house is located next to a green on the Cougar Point Golf Course, which was beautiful.
The house and property were well maintained and clean. We were also very happy with the service of the manager and VayK Gear, which provided the bikes. We would definitely recommend this property, and hopefully we can stay in this house again. My son and I enjoyed playing golf at Cougar Point. We also enjoyed dining at several restaurants at Freshfields Village. We also enjoyed the beach, which is within just a few minutes away by bike or walking.

Great house and outdoor space

Our family (4 adults and 3 children aged 1-5.5) spent an extended weekend at 340 Low Oak Woods. We had a wonderful time, and although it was a bit cool, we greatly enjoyed the outdoor space (especially the hot tub). The inside was very grand and clean. It was a <5 minute walk to the beach with easy access on Eugenia.
