This Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental is a second-floor Windswept Villa that offers two bedrooms and gorgeous ocean views. The villa is the perfect getaway for couples or a family who want to stay right at the beach! Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit.

The renovated villa features tile floors in kitchen and baths and granite countertops throughout. The remodeled kitchen and baths complement the hardwood floors, bright colors and exquisite furnishings. The living room features comfortable seating, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with DVD player, wet bar and small desk overlooking the ocean. The oceanview balcony is accessible from the living area and offers a dining table for 4. The fully equipped kitchen has an elevated bar with two bar stools connecting to the dining room which makes for easy meal preparation and entertaining.

The master suite features gorgeous ocean views, a king bed,a flat-screen TV, a reading chair and a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers a twin over king bunk bed, TV, and private entrance to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combination. Additional sleeping space can be found in the living room, which has a sleeper sofa.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless Internet.

This front exterior entrance of this villa building has a short flight of stairs, so please note that some steps are required. Once inside, this second-floor unit is conveniently accessible using the stairway or the building elevator.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance and with the Akers Ellis Guest License Agreement, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 2, approved number of bedrooms is 2, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 6.

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo. So close to everything! The weather did not cooperate, but we found so many things to do: bike rides, delicious meals, walks on the beach. The condo was clean and well-appointed. Everything we needed was provided. I will definitely recommend your home to our friends and we weill be back!

 We love renting from Akers Ellis. It is easy, convenient and everyone is so nice! We even shared with a few people on the beach about Akers Ellis. They were unhappy with their rental company so we told them to rent from you next year. We are already looking forward to our stay next year!!

First time at Kiawah, Wonderful trip

Great location. Quiet property. Loved the deck with the beautiful view. We ate breakfast every morning outside even though it was chilly. Comfortable unit. Desk in the living room was very nice with beach view. Very impressed with the service from the property manager and beach gear partner. Organized, efficient and good communication. Would stay here again on our next visit.

Beach Front Escape

The location of his beachfront condo was perfect. It’s on the second floor and looks down through a forest of oaks to the ocean. The boardwalk and sand or just a few minutes walk.The beach at this point is extremely wide lots of room to play with children.

Great location and views of the beach. Difficult access to units

Very nice unit with really nice amenities. Kitchen was really nice with lots of cooking tools. The views of the ocean/beach from the main bedroom, the desk area and of course the porch were great. Great space to lounge around. Nice sized bathrooms.
Just a few things needed, coffee pot had a crack, need newer pans (warped), wicker furniture needs to be replaced (broken seating), box of tissues?, The villas really needs a ramp to the first floor. We saw a family carrying a person on a wheelchair just to get to the elevator. This is a deal breaker as there is no handicap access to any of the units.

Relaxing and Comfortable

Very nice place to stay. Really liked the covered patio along with the view. The condo is located close to the stairs for an easy access with going in and out. If we visited this area again, I would look into renting this condo.

Great villa!

Had a lovely stay in this villa. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lovely view of the ocean, and a cool ocean breeze. Great location and simple walk to the Sanctuary Hotel for some great dining options. Super easy walk to the beach. Also, we had a minor problem with the toilet flusher in the bathroom and maintenance arrived and fixed it within 2 hours of my call to Akers Eilis. Great service!

First Time at Kiawah Island

This was a beautiful place to unwind. Loved being surrounded by trees and wildlife and being close to the beach. The only thing I would change is a ramp was needed at the front entrance. This property is not wheelchair friendly. However the trails around the perimeter is wheelchair accessible. Would like to go back and maybe find a unit with easier access and beachfront.

Perfect Relaxation

COVID Escape

What a lovely way to spend a week away from the craziness of the world right now! We lived the location of the villa-beautiful view, close to the beach and everything we enjoy doing on Kiawah. Our only suggestion is to update the mattress and pillows in the master. Loved the villa and the view! Highly recommend!

Nice unit

For a rental unit, it was pleasant. Had all the necessary items. Our only complaint is the beds were a little too soft, but that is personal thing. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

Wonderful stay and very relaxing.

Very close to the beach with nice covered porch area with nice view. The rental had everything we needed (washer, dryer, hair dryer, kitchen items, etc). Huge shower in master bathroom was a plus. We rented bikes which were great on the beach. The grounds are well maintained. We did not see an access ramp, so you will need to climb some stairs to get to the elevator or the actual condo.

Why we vacationed in Kiawah at Windswept.....

Coffee on the porch to the sight and sound of the ocean...this unit is bright, airy, spacious with many window views of the ocean and beach. Comfortable furniture throughout. Cocktails and antipasto on the porch before dinner...Beach right there where we walked each morning, people watched and read many books.
We were in a vacation state of mind from the time we arrived!!!

Great Location

We had a wonderful vacation, unit close to the beach and all activities. Unit could use some updating, as we had a hard time with the dishwasher, but overall the unit just needs some freshening up. Would love to visit again and enjoyed sitting on the porch with coffee in the morning.

Great Kiawah Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our Kiawah vacation. The property location was excellent with a fantastic view. The villa was comfortably furnished and clean. The rental agency was helpful in answering questions or providing information prior to arrival and allowed an early check-in. We would definitely consider this property for a future stay.

Fantastic Place to Stay

We've stayed with Akers before and have really enjoyed the cleanliness of the villa as well as close proximity to the ocean. Overall we had a great stay this time as well. The only thing that needed improvement would be the mattress in the master. It was extremely uncomfortable and very noisy. We had our 7 month old in a pack and play in our room and anytime we got in and out of bed the noise would wake him up. Other than that our stay was wonderful. Thank you!

Nice Property

This was our 25th vacation on Kiawah. We had rented big houses behind the 2nd gate from all the other agencies and through VRBO. This was our first experience with a condo for just my husband and me.
We liked the location and layout of the condo and it was clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. Since we ate out every night, we hardly used it.

Best Location

Only critique is the patio floor needs power washing as it was very slippery.

Other than that the unit was extremely comfortable and well appointed in a fantastic location within the complex. We will be sure to recommend Akers rentals in the future."

Awesome Rental for Kiawah Marathon weekend!

We had such a great time in Kiawah and were very grateful that the villa was cozy and clean. It was my first half marathon, so having a comfortable place to stay gave me peace of mind. We are planning on taking a longer trip next December!
