This Parkside villa has been completely renovated (2021) from top to bottom, including new kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, granite countertops, and crown molding. The open main living space between the kitchen, dining and living areas allows for easy meal preparation and entertaining. The comfortable living room offers cozy seating with two sofas (including one sleeper sofa), side chair, and floor pillows, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch and deck. The elegant dining area seats six and connects the living room and kitchen. The kitchen showcases granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large bar for serving meals.

The master suite has a king bed, chair, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with shower, and relaxing lagoon views. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, chair, flat-screen TV, and private access to the hall bathroom with bathtub/shower combination.

The villa boasts great outdoor space, all accessible from two sliding glass doors in the living room. The screened porch features a desirable ceiling fan and a dining table with seating for six. The screened porch also opens to the back deck. The deck offers a high table with two tall chairs for viewing the beautiful lagoon and island habitat.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston where you can enjoy incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, South Carolina aquarium, IMAX Theater, horse drawn carriage rides, and sumptuous dining at many of the fine dining establishments in the city.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Very nice property and great location. Very easy to check in and wonderful communication prior to arrival. We loved the $250 credit and used it on bikes and beach chairs.

Beautiful Views of the Lagoon

This Parkside rental had beautiful views of the lagoon and was a short walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the deck enjoying the views of the lagoon and its wildlife. The accommodations were clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking meals, the lounge was comfortable with good views of the lagoon and the master bedroom had similar views and a comfortable bed. We would love to stay here again!
