Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms and bathrooms, a screened porch, and long lagoon views. The second-floor Turtle Cove Villa is just a 5-minute walk or quick bike ride away from the beach.

The living room with comfortable sofas and a chair is a great gathering space to watch a movie, play a game, listen to music, or read a book. The kitchen opens up to the dining room with a table and seating for 4 and has convenient access to the screened porch. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a nearby full bathroom. Please note the TV in the twin bedroom is an APP only TV, there is no cable box.

This villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Dogs under 100 lbs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina aquarium, horse drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Great location and place! Alligators in the pond right outside the window. Beach is 5 min away. We were able to ride a bike to most spots we wanted to go. I recommend making sure you rent the bikes the day before you arrive so they are delivered by the time you get there.

Absolutely amazing! Marathon runs right next to the location. Perfect for cheering on the runners. Easy walk to the beach and our digs enjoyed their stay as well. We would definitely rent again!

Nice little condo home a short walk from beach and the screened porch was our favorite place to hang out between biking and beaching. Biking the beach was amazing (very hard packed sand) and dont miss marsh island park with a tower to climb and view. Not far to walk to Jasmine Porch, our fav lunch restaurant within gated community, otherwise we rode our bikes just outside the gate to freshfields village for eating out at reasonable prices.

Enjoyed our 3 day golf villa stay on Kiawah Island over Christmas. The second floor villa was comfortable, pet-friendly, offered a nice view of a lagoon, had a well-equipped kitchen and a great location for bike rides & beach walks. TV & Wi-Fi worked well.

Restful and relaxing

All was well at pet friendly villa

A great location walking distance to the beach. The pet friendly villa made our social distancing Thanksgiving more enjoyable with our four legged friends ��
Very well stocked kitchen. VayK Gear bikes rental using the Akers beach gear allowance was very smooth. After having a flat tire on one of the bikes, they were easy to contact and replaced the bike quickly.
