Upon entering this second-floor villa, you will immediately notice the abundant natural light, high ceilings, and tasteful design. The living room has stylish shiplap details, quality furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing Kiawah Island's natural beauty. The villa's seamless open floorplan effortlessly connects the living room to the kitchen and dining area. It features a brand-new LG 65” Smart TV featuring an Xfinity ultimate cable package along with all the latest apps for you to access with personal subscriptions. The kitchen features professional appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Electrolux induction range, Wolf accessories, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. A pass-through window to the screened porch makes entertaining and outdoor dining a breeze.

Two spacious bedrooms with renovated spa-like bathrooms invite you to recharge after a day spent on the golf course, tennis courts, or day at the beach. A restful retreat, the primary suite features a king-sized bed opposite a wall-mounted 55” TV and private bathroom with a dual sink vanity and a walk-in shower including a Country Club showerhead and Grohe fixtures. The second bedroom has a Black Diamond queen over king bunk bed, a 43” TV, and an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

The villa provides two fantastic outdoor areas with a screened porch and open air sun-deck. The screened porch is a private oasis designed to enjoy Kiawah's coastal breezes and natural beauty, which provides a perfect setting to drink your morning coffee or sip an evening cocktail under the accent lights.

This villa is equipped with a new Samsung washer and dryer. In addition, a high-speed internet connection is provided for guests to connect for browsing, remote work, or gaming devices. As an added convenience, beach towels are provided for guests as well.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

So Impressed

We were so impressed with the condo at Turtle Point on Kiawah Island. It was so comfortable in every way, had every amenity we could need, was beautifully furnished and so peaceful. The location was perfect for getting g to the beach or Fresh Fields. Hosts were very easy to work with. We would LOVE to stay again, but next time for longer!

The accommodations are classy and comfortable with everything you need from a Sonus speaker in the living room, spacious showers with rain shower head, wonderful enclosed patio for drinks and conversation and a fully equipped kitchen. This would be my number one choice for future stays at Kiawah
