Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This first-floor renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental is a Turtle Point Villa that features two bedrooms, a sunroom, and great golf and lagoon views. The villa is a six minute walk or two minute bike ride from Kiawah's spectacular beach.

The villa was recently renovated and has many updates including beautiful, new flooring throughout. The coastal-inspired décor and comfortable furnishings makes this villa perfect for your Kiawah Island vacation!

The living area features a comfortable couch, love seat, swivel chair, 65” Smart TV which allows guests to access Netflix, Hulu, and other apps with personal subscriptions. HDMI also provides guests with the ability to connect personal gaming consoles and laptops. Enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event with surround sound provided by the Bose Soundbar. Step out through the sliding glass doors onto the open back deck where you will find plenty of seating. Enjoy the fresh air while watching wildlife in the lagoon or the golfers play on Turtle Point Golf Course. The living room opens to the dining area that has a table and chairs for 6. The villa also has a great sunroom with a memory foam queen sleeper sofa, and a chair. The recently renovated kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops, white cabinets, new appliances, and barstool seating for 3.

The master bedroom showcases a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, lovely built-ins, and private master bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom features two memory foam twin beds, flat screen TV, and is close to the hallway bathroom that offers a walk-in shower.

This villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina aquarium, horse drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We had a great time. The condo is clean and well provisioned. Beds were comfortable and we sat outside in mornings. It was a great spot to watch the full moon rising. The alligator visited and sunned itself just off the deck almost every morning. We saw a mama deer with her 2 youngsters. Went to beach and the park most days and really enjoyed it. Convenient to Charleston for sightseeing and dinner. We took a day trip to Savannah and that was fun. We would stay here again.

The condo was just as nice as it looked in the website photos. The place was clean and well laid out for a group of 4 celebrating a friends' 50th birthday. The porch is where we hung out the most, which had plenty of seating and was super peaceful.

What a perfect location to access all the best Kiawah has to offer! A short walk to the beach, to bike rentals, to the tennis courts; a short drive to a myriad of restaurant choices -- a beautiful view and awesome nature right off the porch -- alligator and heron sightings galore. Fabulous!

This home was a perfect place for our group of 5; it was clean, well appointed with helpful extras like storage baskets, ample cooking utensils, and loads of drawers for unpacking. Gators and golfers

Loved our stay in kiawah . Excellent location on pond with golf course view. If I had one negative it would be the bikes from vacay gear were old and not in best shape. They were functional though

Great villa

The villa was well stocked and comfortable. Location is great, near golf, tennis and beach. Deck and sunroom look right out on lagoon, where can see many birds, turtles and a few alligators. Winter in Kiawah

Exceptional Rental!

We have been coming to Kiawah Island for 16 years and this is the best rental we have stayed in. From the moment you walk in, you can see the amazing view of the lagoon and spacious condo. The furnishings are high quality and professionally decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable and the unit is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well stocked, you will find everything you need. We hated to leave the condo as we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the birds, deer and alligator. Very relaxing! The property is in a quiet location and quick bike ride to the beach.

Always a Wonderful Time at Kiawah

We have been coming to Kiawah Island for years and love our vacations here. Akers Ellis is always our go to and a great company to work with and they had everything ready upon our arrival, as usual. The house was immaculate, very well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It was so peaceful on the lagoon with great views and visits every morning from the local gator. We rode our bikes to the beach and it was so convenient a location. We love this home and hope to come back and stay here again!

Beautiful view

Beautiful View, Friendly Alligator

The place really is as described and the pictures actually don't do it justice (which is rare these days!) The back deck had a great view of a lagoon with jumping fish and a local gator. Just across the lagoon is a golf course where you get to see players hit their second shot. Everything was well stocked, clean, and ready to go.
