Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool, and views of Cougar Point Golf Course. Tucked away in West Beach, the home is about 9-minute walk or quick bike ride to the beach.

Walk in the front door and immediately notice the white shiplap walls, beautiful dark hardwood floors and pops of color throughout the home. The living room features a large comfortable sofa, two cozy chairs, a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, and access to the back deck. The dining area offers a table with seating for six and additional access to the pool area. The open kitchen showcases granite countertops and backsplash, white cabinetry, a large island with bar seating for four, stainless steel appliances and a sitting area with two chairs.

The first-floor master suite features a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, side chair, and deck access. Its modern bathroom offers a vanity with his and her sinks and a walk-in shower. Also on the first floor are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and another has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVs and share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Go up the colorful stairs to reach the fourth and final bedroom. It features a king-sized bed, twin bunk murphy beds, mounted flat screen TV, access to open-air deck overlooking the pool area and golf course, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The back deck boasts incredible views of Cougar Point Golf Course and a private, heated pool. The home’s incredible outdoor space allows plenty of room for everyone to relax, grill, or eat an al fresco meal at the table for six.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests have access to the left garage bay.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

During your stay on Kiawah, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

My family and i had a wonderful time in this beautiful beach decorated home. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to make it easy for making dinners at home. The location is so close to the bike path and the beach so we really were able to discover a lot of the island. Shopping is not far and has great restaurants and stores. We could even bike to them! The pool was perfectly warmed and a great activity for my kids. We love kiawah!!!

We had a great stay & it was very close to the beach (we biked there everyday). The house was pretty clean and had everything we needed! Lots of space for our 4 kids. We cooked every night on the grill which was great. There was a beautiful view of the golf course while we swam in the pool

Perfect Girls Getaway

This property was perfect for our a girls getaway! The pool was ideal for a quick dip after the beach. A quick 8-10 minute walk to the beach. The property management company was very easy to work with and even mailed an item that was left behind! Would rent this property again.

Beautiful home and location

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this location. There was plenty of space for our grown children and two grandchildren to be comfortable. The home was nicely updated, clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family dinners. Groceries and shops were just a quick drive away. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet. It was just a short walk through the neighbourhood to the beach. We rented bikes and the kids spent a lot of time riding on the beach. We visited at Christmas time and it rained the first few days of our stay so it was too cool to use the pool or barbecue. We’d love to come back in the warmer months to take advantage of those amenities.

First time in Kiawah-Perfect Vacation

This was our first visit to Kiawah and it was terrific. The house had every amenity we needed and the location on the golf course was great. It was fun to ride our bikes to the beautiful beach. The pool was great to relax in after a day at the beach. The pool lights weren't working and we contacted maintenance it was was fixed quickly. You won't be disappointed with this rental.

Spacious and beautiful, proximity superb

We love staying in West Beach! There were tons of beds and the layout of the house was spacious. Plenty of seating in the living room and open plan made family time easy. 3 min ride to beach, under 10 to Night Herron Park. The pool was awesome as well. Don’t hesitate to rent this one!!
