Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers five bedrooms, a private pool and spa, and breathtaking lagoon views. The home is about a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the beach.

This home offers an open floor plan with multiple gathering areas. The light-filled family room has comfortable seating, a TV, and access to the pool deck. A second living area and den are also on this floor. The spacious kitchen has abundant counter space, Thermador appliances, bar stool seating, and an eat-in area. Guests can also enjoy their vacation meals in the dining area or dine al fresco on the back deck.

The first-floor primary suite offers a king-sized four-poster bed, TV, and a luxurious private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and soaking tub. Ascend a short flight of stairs to the next level, where you will find the second bedroom. This bedroom offers two twin beds, two queen sleeper sofas, a twin sleeper chair, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the third floor, you will find three additional bedrooms with king-sized beds, TVs, and private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms, a junior primary suite, has a private balcony overlooking the lagoon.

Enjoy sweeping lagoon views from the home's generous back deck. A swimming pool, a spa, a flat-screen TV, and lounge seating await. There is also an outdoor shower available for guest use.

The home is equipped with two washers, two dryers, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests have access to the attached garage, which has additional parking for one vehicle.

Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home's front and rear entrances. These cameras serve to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We have visited Kiawah many times and stayed in many different villas and houses and this was the best. We ate in most nights because of the busy time of year and size of our group (7-8), and the kitchen was so well stocked and amenable to family cooking. We loved the spacious and airy layout of the house and its location on the Osprey golf course with water features surrounding it. The short bike ride to the beach was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor hot tub. It’s was such a great house for family. None of us wanted to leave! Akers group was incredibly communicative and helpful with the smallest of questions. It was truly a vacation experience. Highly recommend!

The house blew our expectations away. It was super spacious, very well furnished and the kitchen was equipped for anything and everything. The hosts and management company put a lot of thought into this place. We cannot wait to book our next trip. It made for an amazing family trip. Highly recommend to others.

The house was exactly as advertised. Very spacious and well presented. Good, capable and responsive property managers. We cooked in every night so the lack of local restaurants was irrelevant to us as a big family. Recommend!

Our extended family of 12 spent a wonderful week in this house. The house was well laid out, especially the kitchen and pool areas, and was very comfortable for all of us. The setting near the golf course was lovely, and the bike to the beach was easy. We made dinner several nights, and the kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed. There was good closet and drawer space in every bedroom and having two washers and dryers was very convenient. We did not have any issues that required contacting the management group, but we received good information about the rental and our check in and out was simple. We would absolutely rent this property again.

 Beautiful home and it was the perfect locations. The view was stunning from every area! Kitchen was sooo well equipped and stocked. pool was still cold even though we paid to get it heated. Response time was great

What a beautiful home and a great location! Tons of space on the inside for everyone to spread out, homeowners have stocked the home with everything you need and the best part...the outside space. An expansive deck, great pool(not the biggest but more than ok for our group)/hot tub and a large dining table to have meals outside enjoying gorgeous views of the golf course and sunsets.
