Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers five bedrooms, a private pool and spa, and lovely lagoon views. The home is about a 15-minute bike ride to the beach.

High ceilings and views of the lagoon through glass doors and windows welcome you into the home’s inviting living area. The main living area offers comfortable seating for the whole family around a large TV and opens to the kitchen and dining areas. Enjoy preparing meals and snacks in the gorgeous kitchen, featuring plenty of counter space, a breakfast bar with barstool seating for three, and updated appliances. The adjacent dining area overlooks the lagoon and a long wooden table with dining space for six. This home also has a den with a TV and bonus room with a pool table and ping pong table.

Located on the first floor, the master suite offers a king-sized bed and luxurious private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and soaking tub. Ascend the stairs to access the four additional bedrooms. The second bedroom offers a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed and private balcony overlooking the lagoon. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have convenient access to a shared hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fifth bedroom is perfect for kids as it offers a bunk room with 4 full-sized beds. There is also full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Sweeping lagoon vistas await you on the spacious back deck. Sure to be a guest favorite, the deck is equipped with a pool and spa, grill area, and plenty of space to lounge or dine al fresco.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day.
This pool has a heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

My family of seven from MN had a wonderful time staying here for a family wedding. The kids loved the freedom afforded by all the living space, bunk beds were a hit ( no fighting over who gets top bunk) and we loved seeing all the wildlife in the lagoon. We cannot wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. What a great house that let us all spread out, but then we could all gather on the back deck or play games in the dining room. We really enjoyed exploring the restaurants, the beach, and the beautiful drive into Charleston. We really appreciated the top notch house and gerat customer service. Thanks for a terrific time!

Beautiful house and location

Came for a golf trip with several couples. We had three couples and one single at this house. It was a perfect set up. House was very clean and in great condition. Everything we needed was there. Customer service was excellent and all questions were answered promptly.

This is definitely a 5 star property, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The back porch, spa and pool are sublime. We were so happy with the location, value and services. The bike delivery really added to our overall experience at the closest boardwalk to the beach was approximately 1.5 miles away. The bonus room with pool table, ping pong and pin ball was wonderful. Very quiet street and neighborhood; we will definitely rent this house again. Make sure you pay extra for the spa and pool heat, it is worth it.
