Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This newly renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers four bedrooms, a seamless open floor plan, and gorgeous fairway and lagoon views. The home is about a 5-minute bike ride to the beach.

When you enter the home, you will immediately notice the soaring ceilings and abundance of natural light. Guests will enjoy gathering in the living area, which features a wall of windows showcasing views of Cougar Point Golf Course and its sparkling lagoon. The living area offers comfortable seating, and a large, wall-mounted TV and opens into the kitchen and dining areas. The completely renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white custom cabinetry, plenty of counter space, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. Guests can enjoy dining at the kitchen breakfast bar, which has barstool seating for four, or in the dining area, which has seating for eight.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed and access to a private deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The master bathroom offers an expansive walk-in shower, soaking tub, and his-and-hers sinks. Just down the hall is the second bedroom, also with a king-sized bed. This bedroom has convenient access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower across the hall. The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and his-and-hers sinks. Perfect for those traveling with little ones, this bedroom also has a large walk-in closet that can easily accommodate a portal crib or Pack & Play. (Please note, the home is not equipped with a portal crib or Pack & Play - guests must supply their own.) The final bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The home’s sun deck, with glittering views of the lagoon, is the perfect place to enjoy a meal al fresco or curl up with a good book. The deck offers a gas grill and dining space for six.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Great property, exactly as advertised and pictured. No surprises with anything...clear instructions to check in and out and quick to respond to questions. No issues of any kind during our stay. Beautiful home

This was a very nice place to stay at. Spacious rooms and the home looks to be newly renovated. The access to the beach is about a 10 minute walk which was fine and you do have a nice view of the golf course.

Gorgeous house in ideal location
