The home is simply stunning. No details were overlooked nor any expenses spared to craft and furnish this luxurious, state-of-the-art designer home. As the primary residence of the owners, it is impeccably maintained and is only available for rental during the summer season. This property is professionally managed by Akers Ellis, who provides unparalleled support during your stay.

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the 14th Hole of Turtle Point Golf Course, the home features over 3,000 sq ft of outdoor living space, including a spacious deck with a pool and spa and outdoor sitting and dining areas with top-of-the-line Lynx gas grill. The 7,500 sq ft home showcases seven spacious bedrooms with luxurious en suite bathrooms. Six bedrooms have ocean views and five bedrooms have direct access to decks. Other highlights include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, wine room, and a stunning Lutron lighting system. The Savant control system offers a high-end media system with built-in indoor and outdoor speakers, premium TV package, and high-speed wireless internet. The bathrooms are custom designed wet rooms, featuring limestone and granite, open showers, floating counters, and floor to ceiling lighting.

The main level includes the living and dining room, kitchen and breakfast room, media room with 80” flat-screen TV, queen bedroom with bathroom, and powder room. The second level houses the oceanfront master suite with a king bed and double-sided fireplace into the bathroom, a king bedroom with private bathroom, a queen bedroom with a private bathroom, and a spacious laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. The third level offers a family suite with king bedroom and four bed bunkroom, which share a bathroom, as well as a second oceanfront master suite with king bed and bathroom. The ground level offers a four-car garage, storage for golf clubs and beach items, and two outdoor showers.

This home includes beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, coolers, beach canopy, numerous outdoor beach games/toys, and spices/condiments for your convenience.

It is located behind the second gate in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation yet is walking distance to The Sanctuary Hotel, Turtle Point Golf Course, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and East Beach Market.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. There is a plethora of restaurants to choose from on Kiawah and in the Charleston area, and many private chefs available.

Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Akers Ellis will collect 35% payment at time of booking and full payment 90 days before arrival. All payments are non-refundable. This cancellation policy, as outlined in the rental agreement, supersedes any cancellation policy presented on third-party booking sites, such as Homeaway/Vrbo.

In accordance with the 2020 Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance and with the Akers Ellis Guest License Agreement, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 6, approved number of bedrooms is 7, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 16.

This is a very beautiful home in a great setting - every little detail of the home was noticed and appreciated. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We ate outside on the back deck every meal - it was large enough to fit all of us. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful views from bedrooms and exquisite decor. The kids enjoyed all of the pool/beach toys and chairs. It really has everything you could need and more. We will definitely come back to this home. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed a Five Star experience all the way! The home is gorgeous with abundant luxury design features. It is very well maintained and perfectly located. There were a couple (very fixable) items that came up, which Akers Property managers attended to immediately. It was the perfect setting for us to gather with our adult children and their families. We highly recommend this property!

The stay at 9 Nicklaus Lane was a wonderful experience for all of my family. We enjoyed every moment, including the home, and the ocean. This house is stunning! You can see the ocean from almost every room and it had everything you could need for a great Kiawah vacation. The gentleman who greeted us and gave us a quick tour was so nice and accommodating. The house is very open and inviting and we spent most of our time outside on the many decks/balconies enjoying the views. We didn't want to leave! We've been to Kiawah many times and this is one of the best!
