Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee overlooking the lagoon on Turtle Point Golf Course or winding down after a long day on the beach, this serene and stylish villa is the ideal rental.

The beautifully appointed living area features plenty of seating centered around a large flat screen television and dry bar, making it the perfect space for entertaining and relaxing. The sofa also doubles as a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. The living area flows seamlessly into the modern dining area with seating for 6. The lagoon is easily visible from the dining area, presenting a peaceful ambiance that truly immerses you into the nature of Kiawah Island. The cozy sunroom, which also offers ample seating and a television, is located just off the dining area. Thoughtfully designed and furnished to offer privacy, the deck highlights incredible views over the lagoon on the Turtle Point Golf Course.

The primary bedroom presents poise and elegance with a king size bed, coffered ceiling and a mounted television. The en suite bathroom features a modern dual vanity with front lit mirrors and a walk-in shower. A secondary bedroom also features a king size bed and even a desk for remote workers. The two-toned vanity highlights beautiful finishes and a front lit mirror. The walk in shower has many high end finishes.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
