The sun-filled living area is both sophisticated and inviting, featuring plush sofas and chairs, beautiful custom built-ins surrounding a large flat-screen TV, and expansive doors that open to the outdoor deck, filling the space with natural light and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

The bright, modern kitchen is complete with sleek quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, an electric in-counter cooktop, and a striking marble-look chevron backsplash. A generous island offers seating for five, perfect for casual dining or entertaining. Just off the kitchen, a cozy sitting area with its own TV provides a relaxed space to unwind while staying connected to the heart of the home.

Step outside to your private pool oasis, where a large inviting pool is framed by comfortable lounge chairs and a poolside dining area. Enjoy grilling on the gas grill, rinsing off in the outdoor shower, and taking in tranquil views across the Osprey Point Golf Course. It’s truly an idyllic backdrop for both relaxing afternoons and evening gatherings.

The home’s five beautifully appointed bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to provide comfort and privacy for every guest. On the first floor, the serene primary suite serves as a true retreat, featuring a king bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, a lounge chair, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom offers dual vanities, a luxurious soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in shower. Just above the garage, the private junior suite feels like its own secluded getaway, offering a king bed, a comfortable sitting area with a queen size sleeper sofa, wall-mounted TV, and a modern en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Located on the first level is an additional king bedroom with plush bedding, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combination—perfect for guests who prefer first-floor accommodations.

Upstairs, two generously sized bedrooms provide inviting spaces to unwind after a day of island adventures. Bedroom 4 features a king bed, cozy sitting area, wall-mounted TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combination, while bedroom 5 offers a queen bed, sitting area with TV, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. It’s ideal for enjoying quiet morning coffee or evening breezes.

From its upscale finishes and thoughtful layout to its beautiful golf course views and private pool, this exceptional home offers the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and resort-style living. 108 Goldeneye Drive is the perfect choice for families or groups seeking a truly luxurious escape.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 30 ft by 13 ft. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
