This is a very unique parcel. It is that last parcel of the Dill tract PD. It is surrounded on 3 sides by Wallmart. The majority of the property is non-jurisdictional wetlands. The buyer will have to work with the city of Charleston to break it out of the PD and make it a residentially zoned parcel. Although the wetland delineation was done it has not been submitted to the Corp, so it is an example not to be deemed accurate. There seems to be a piece of high ground overlooking the pond.
