The living room is bright and airy with plenty of natural light. There are two sofas and two chaise chairs and a large wall-mounted television, ideal for gatherings or unwinding in the evening. Just behind the living area is the dining area, furnished with a wood table and seating for eight. Off the dining area you’ll find the spacious fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen highlights stainless steel appliances, two-toned cabinetry, plus a large sub-zero fridge. The island also offers additional seating for three, perfect for a quick bite before or after being out in the sun. A large screened-in porch is accessible off the kitchen/dining area. A dining set for four plus a love seat and two chaise chairs are thoughtfully placed for guests to enjoy a meal al fresco, or have a morning coffee or evening cocktail with a gentle breeze. Descend the stairs off the porch to find your private oasis, with a pool, spa, gas grill, dining set and even a large mounted television.

The primary bedroom offers a king size bed and an en suite bathroom, complete with dual vanities and a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 also offers a queen bed, while bedroom 4 highlights two twins. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom, accessible from the hall, with a shower/tub combo.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 20 ft by 12 ft. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
